  • European Destination wedding at st Nicholas Church in Prague Czech Republic | Marcella Treybig Photography Blog - […] Rob & Ani are from southern california, but had a destination wedding in Prague, czech republic. It was suggested by Ani’s uncle to look into having her wedding there, he loved the area and saw many couples getting married when he visited. Well Ani and Rob looked into it, never having visited themselves and just simply fell in love with the charm and idea of having a destination wedding that their close family and friends could be there for. The price was also very reasonable she said! Ani’s mother (an opera singer) sang ‘Ave Maria’ acoustically during the ceremony accompanied by a late century organ in the church. After their ceremony at the St. Nicholas Church in the old town square they had their reception at the Grand Hotel Bohemia which was another gorgeous historical venue featuring gold leaf painted detail on the walls.
